PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Founded over 100 years ago, Charl-Pol is a Quebec-based company specializing in the design, fabrication, and maintenance of heavy industrial equipment. With its expertise in engineering, project management, metallurgy, and welding, Charl-Pol offers custom solutions for various sectors such as energy, shipbuilding, aluminum, and mining. The company is recognized for its commitment to innovation, quality, and staff development.
In 2021, Charl-Pol celebrated its 100th anniversary, a major event that the company wanted to leverage to increase its influence in the industrial sector, the business world, and within the communities where it operates. In this context, Django was commissioned to design a communication campaign commemorating the centennial. The objective was twofold: to highlight the significant contribution of this Saguenay flagship to the economic and social vitality of its region, while projecting an image of a modern, dynamic, and resolutely forward-looking company.
The campaign was structured around two central themes: "Cent ans de succès à partager" ("100 years of success to share"), designed to highlight Charl-Pol's key achievements, especially with its business clientele, and "Cent ans d’histoires à raconter" ("100 years of stories to tell"), evoking the rich history of the company founded by an entrepreneurial blacksmith. These two themes were leveraged simultaneously on social media to enrich publications by tracing the key moments of the company's history. The visual identity specially created for the centennial served as a common thread throughout the year on various media, including the website.
